Is there room in your life for more happiness?

Are you living the best life you can?

Do you have some kind of behaviour or emotional response that you really would like to eliminate?

Do you ever feel frustrated that in cetain situations you either act in a way that you feel is not useful,
or you have a strong emotional response that you would prefer not to have?

Does the same problem keep appearing in your life, at work, home or in relationships?

Answer Yes to any of these questions, and Happy Hour is for you.


Why do we do the things we do?

It is highly likely that any strong emotional response you experience, or any frequent behaviour you find yourself indulging in that does not serve your best interest, is linked to some unresolved trauma in your past. 'Trauma' does not mean some hugely significant event, but rather an event, however small, that changed your view of the world. This happens at an unconscious level. 


The first Happy Hour session lasts for 2 hours and is used to explore your current circumstances and how this could link to a past event.  Once the link is made between  the past 'trauma' and the current behaviour, an action plan can be devised (of your choosing) to heal the past trauma and create more useful emotional and behavioural responses. This eliminates any blocks you have that impact your level of happiness, and that stop you living the best life you can
Follow-up sessions take place once a month for an hour, for as long as you feel you need them.
