Life Coaching

What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is about looking at the life you have now and moving forward to create the life you want.

Life Coaching is not about raking over your past but about looking to the future and creating a strategy to get from where you are now to where you want to be.  During coaching you are always in the driving seat and although some of the assignments you agree to do in between sessions may be a bit challenging, the coaching experience is very empowering and inspirational with the focus being very much on having fun whilst creating a compelling future.

What Can You Gain?

Coaching can benefit you in any area of your life.  You may be unhappy in many areas of your life and feel that you just don't know where to start! Or you may just have one specific goal you wish to achieve.  Either way, Coaching helps you move forward with focus.

Are you willing to stop or change the self defeating behaviours that limit your success?

The Coaching Experience

Coaching usually takes place for 1 hour a week over the phone.  During each session we will discuss your goals, your progress and devise enjoyable strategies to move you towards your goal.  Emphasis during the coaching experience should be on having as much fun as possible during the process and on using your skills and strengths as a lever to move you forward.
